About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work at a leading boutique in a role where you will be exposed to projects earlier than you could in a Bulge Bracket institution: As an integral part of a small project team, you will be involved in all aspects of a project from the initial pitch through research and analysis, documentation, marketing, negotiation and closing.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Review/building of financial models and presentation materials;
  • Market research and analysis across our sectors;
  • Valuation works and financial analyses;
  • Liaison with clients and provision of corporate finance advisory services;
  • Full deal competition and management from pitching/origination to execution;
  • Coaching of interns.

You will need an entrepreneurial mindset and forward-thinking approach as you will be dealing with business leaders in a flat structure, in an international environment where you gain progress in your career.


Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years M&A experience (excluding internships) from a top investment bank or boutique in an M&A or corporate finance role
  • Exposure to our sectors and a strong understanding of new technologies, media and digital businesses will be seen as a strong asset
  • Excellent academics from top-ranked college of engineering, business school or university
  • Good team player (highly collegiate business) with strong communication skills
  • Hands-on and solid IM, pitchbook and modelling experience (DCF, LBO, merger models)
  • Good level of automony - Time management, organizational and prioritisation skills
  • Fluency in English as well as in another European language
